Tânia Lima
About
Holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry (2015) and a master’s degree in Clinical Biochemistry (2017), both from the University of Aveiro (Aveiro, Portugal). She completed her master in the Department of Physiology and Cardiothoracic Surgery of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto with the thesis “Molecular and functional changes in cardiac and skeletal muscle in HFpEF remodelling and reverse remodelling”. She recently had a research fellow position in iBiMED, with the reference BI/INV-iBiMED-2018. Currently, Tânia is developing her PhD project focused on the discovery of new and non-invasive biomarkers for prostate cancer management.
